Privacy notice
Short and plain: what happens to your details when you fill in the Tester or the Contact form.
Who handles the data?
Los Polos Amigos Kft., which runs ancientcrowns.com. Contact: support@ancientcrowns.com.
What do we store?
- Tester sign-up: name, e-mail address, platform(s), the play time you offer, your strategy-game experience, the note, when you signed up, and that you gave consent.
- Contact message: name, e-mail address, topic, subject, the text of the message, the time, and that you gave consent.
- For both forms a notification e-mail with the same details goes to the support@ancientcrowns.com mailbox, so that we can reply.
- We do not store your IP address. Against abuse (mass submissions) we use a one-way digest of it, which expires and is deleted after an hour.
- The website uses no cookies for tracking, no tracking code and no advertising identifiers — the only cookie remembers the language you chose.
Why?
Tester details only to invite you to the game’s test rounds and write to you about testing; contact messages so that we can reply. We do not sell or pass on the data, and we do not send newsletters from it. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form.
For how long?
Tester details until the end of the test programme, contact messages until the matter is closed — or until you ask us to delete them.
Where?
On the website’s hosting (in a database or in a protected folder that cannot be reached from the web), and in the support@ancientcrowns.com mailbox.
How to ask for deletion or access
Write to support@ancientcrowns.com from the e-mail address you gave on the form, and say what you would like (access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent). We do it within 30 days at the latest and confirm it. If you feel we have not acted properly, you can turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
